Thanks again for visiting my wedding photography blog. I've been incredibly busy lately, shooting so many beautiful couples. This is a good thing and also a great time for wedding photography.

As many of you know, Long Beach Island is a short drive from my home residence. I frequently take many trips there throughout the year. Every time I approach the island, I am always impressed by the Mallard Island Yacht Club. It truly stands out as a landmark. I would always say to myself, "I'd love to photograph a wedding at this venue". When I met Lauren and she told me this was her wedding day venue, I immediately jumped at the opportunity. A beautiful bride + beautiful venue = great wedding day photo's.

Groom prep was held in the lower area designated as the "Groom Shack". The guys were a lot of fun and were very easy going. Laurens bridal prep was held in her suite. I was so impressed with how easy going she was during the day. Photographing this beautiful bride was a total breeze.

After the first look, the couple literally Jumped the Broom! I thought this was cool. I never shot this at a wedding ceremony before. :)
